Ran a little longer than I wanted to. I thought this was a 10 miler. Mapped out where to do the intervals, but making each one stop at a landmark, like a street, meant that the intervals weren't exact. Tried to make it longer if possible. Anyway, did the entire workout in 21:30. Assuming the rest was at 7;30 pace, this puts me around 440 pace for the intervals. I have my doubts that I was going that fast, but the numbers dont lie. Felt good going down the ladder, but pretty crappy going up on the last two. Going up to worcester tonight which is going to be fun.
