Really crappy workout. Not at all happy. I need to remember to eat before every workout. I also should not have drank the night before. I felt really sick before running, which is never a good sign. After the workout, I lifted with Duffty, day 2. Even though I didn't hit the 216s, I think I can at least hit low 220s. I just had a bad day.
