Didn't time it. I was trying to run comfortably. I ran through the construction to see the progress. I'm going to be honest, I'm not that impressed. They are widening the turn on high plain, and raising the road to prevent flooding. It's been closed for a week and I don't think they are finishing anytime soon. It adds to my commute, which sucks, but running on a road that cars can't travel on, for a mile and a half, is kind of nice.
