6min run, 6min walk, 6min run, 90 sec walk, 6min run, 90 sec walk, 10 min run
Felt good. Was getting a bit difficult to keep arches activated towards end of last run segment. Was more than I planned to do at beginning of week which wasn't even considering yesterday's mountain adventure.
