Legs felt surprisingly good for the day after a long run. Barely noticed any fatigue or muscle soreness. Last night I wasn't sure if I was going to run 4 or 5 miles, but since I felt good as the run started, I decided to run 5 miles.
Achilles felt "normal" in that I had my usual slight stiffness as I got out of bed. It was definitely much better than the way it felt last week Monday after my previous long run
