Approximation on time here, as I did not wear a watch. Ran well though. I would not care about pace but want to keep track of time spent running.
Legs felt good even in the cold. Def back to normal form. Stopped a couple of times to stretch when I felt tight. I ran the 7 big hills on Gray fast, and recovered on the downhills. Felt the R quad/inner thigh near knee give out at times, I think muscle still recovering. No burning and legs feel great post run. I think I lost power though. WIll get it back.
Added note: Absolutely no pain after this run, no burning, nothing. Legs feel steady and happy even up and down the stairs. This is good! Will do a 4 mile only workout on the E this evening while Petru swims. Still planning to stick with 40 miles of road running for now.
