2x15 reverse bridges big ball straight leg
2x15 squats on up side down bosu
2x60 secs/leg balance on ball
2x15/leg single leg press machine with bands (not sure how much weight)
2x15/side hip stabilizers
2x15 clams with resistance both ways
2x15 leg lifts with glutes engaged with resistance both ways
