Not what I was expecting today. Johnny wanted a progression long run with the last 5 at 5:10 and I realized early on that that was not going ot happen. the loose cinder and constant rolling hills made it hard to settle into a progressive rhythm so it turned into more of a steady long run. Did get the strava single loop record (16:44) and the 2 loop (35:40). Even though I didnt hit the precribed paces but did get a solid aerobic effort in on a challenging course. 691 ft of elevation gain over 5 loops.
