Drove down to Colorado Springs and did the pre-meet/course preview with my boy's team. It was a cold windy day and it might be the same tomorrow so it was good to get a sense for what that would be like since we haven't had a truly cold race day yet. Did the course preview with them then some stride-outs from our box.
