Ran before work. Headed out on Coal Creek and diverted through the neighborhoods before reaching the big hill. Ran a loop on the Emnpire Rd Box and cut over Rock Creek by going through the medical campus. Didn't have enough time this morning otherwise would've gone longer but sleep was the bigger priority.
