Practice was cancelled but no one told me so I drove out to Mohawk sat for a few minutes, realized no one was coming and headed back home. I didnt feel like running there so I headed to Lafortune. Pretty relaxing run (decided to shut off my HR after the run since it's not giving me accurate feedback). Did 6 long strides (about 200m, @4:30 pace) w/ jog back.
