Notes

Eat Boulder was closed so I went to NoBo and there was only a Smith Machine available. Assumed it was 20lbs resistance so did 2x45/2x25 for deadlift and squat, 2x45/2x5/2x2.5 for lunges and calf raises (no step ups since there went any boxes I could find)
