Good aerobic run this morning. Got good time on pace and had some really solid pace going. Started on the girls warm up and built into 2 more before pacing them through 3 miles at 5:45. kept a steady rhythm going through the line until they were ready for 6x400 w/45-60" rest (which I kept going). hit 78-80 for all of them and it really helped the volume pass without noticing. stopped to talk with them after the quarters for maybe 5 min then took off again and ran loops around campus. I felt good so I kept the pace honest.
