Fitness is coming along nicely and with ~12 weeks until the marathon I wanted to get a 20 miler in. It was pouring rain and it made the road a little sloppy on the 2nd half but still had a very good run this morning. Unfortunately I had to do it alone since mark and Austin were still recovering from the weekend's racing. Today was also the first day of Fueling practice. Took about 4-6 oz. once each lap of the lake, did roctane and it didn't bother my stomach and was actually pretty easy to consume on the run.
