Started early to get some mileage in before meeting the team for their warm up. Ran down Cranny hill to LoBo and looped it back up to top of the ridge to come back down to the HS. I still am not 100% healthy but I can run a little bit and my attitude around running is in a much better place. Hopped in for 3 miles with the guys and finished up with a few laps on the track.
