ran w/ ashley, reagan and caitlin for their long run. wasn't expecting it to be as quick as it was to start. they had to do a progression last 4 miles and I wasn't feeling too bad so I went with. Rod is probably going to beat me in mileage this week unless I get greedy tonight. we'll see.
