1k @ 3:00 w/ 2:30 jog+ 2 sets of lactate shuttle (5x300 @ 10k/5k/10k/5k/3k pace w/ 200 float @ 45) w/ 3:30 jog. felt very flat today even on the warm up, legs just lagged a little more than expected. got to the 300's and i felt a little better but as it wore on my legs just hit a permanent heavy leg feeling. 2:57.8 [52.8 (42.5)/50.9 (42.5)/51.9 (41.2)/50.2 (41.3)/49.1 (40.1)] [52.2 (42.3)/50.0 (43.1)/50.9 (43.6)/50.5 (42.7)/49.4 (40.4)]
