Workout with the girls ahead of regionals. I've come this far with them through the season, what's one more workout. in all honesty, felt pretty good. quads and calves are still sore but I felt rejuvenated running with them. the downside was the pacing was not a precise on the tempo, just a little too quick from the 6:00 prescription. was going to stop after but hopped in for 4x300 just because.
