Notes
The needling had me sore this morning but I could tell that my range of motion is returning. I assume Ill be feeling this way for another day or so. I warmed up with the team before their awesome 10x800 workout, then did 5 miles on the infield turf. I could tell things were still getting fatigued more than normal but that was to be expected. I love being around a team again, the atmosphere and support around those killing the intervals felt familiar, almost like I was back in college. (Hip mobility, pedestal)
