Met up with the Boys at East Boulder Rec to warm up with Willie before heading out on our own recovery run. Joined by current D3 star Aiden Ryan (Williams) Austen, Noah (and for a brief period, Will) did an out and back and finished with some loops on the soccer fields. Since I wanted to get my mileage done for the day and rest until tomorrow, I accompanied Willie for half of this cool down. (2x Med Ball)
