Notes

Not my strongest workout. 2 sets of 25' of Hill loops @ Galveston w/5' rest between. weather wasnt horrid but it wasnt conducive to running quick either, 77 degrees, 86 % humidity and 72 degree dp. It actually rained during the warm up which was nice but just as i was getting into the hills the sun started to come out and things got a little steamier. legs were tired juts 4 loops in and I wasn't sure I'd do the entire run, at least without stopping. I was 1:30, 1:27, 1:27, 1:29, 1:29, 1:29, 1:30, 1:31, 1:29 for the first set. Typically, Im around 1:25 so even with giving a good effort I was running slower. Knew the 5' rest wouldnt be enough to rally, though I dont think any amount of rest would have gotten me there either. 1:29, 1:31, 1:32, 1:33, 1:34, 1:36, 1:35, 1:33 for the second half. felt miserable as i pushed on jello legs up the steep side of the hill, my calves, quads and hips filled with a numb but burning sensation, even once I got to the top I was just trying to maintain my mechanics because I knew the speed wasnt there.
