The group doing their pre-meet didnt want to fuck around with the hills around campus so we did lots of loops in lane 8 of the track and the warm-up area on the baseball field's astro turf. felt a little tired today but prob because I'm short on sleep still. did 4x200 w/200 jog at the end. 30.5/30.3/30.7/29.4
