What a grind this morning. started when it was 79 and when i finished it was 88. on top of the huge heat swing from what ive been used to, we had to move the pole vault mats after the morning workouts and I was cramping my mile 2. stopped a few times and absolutely hated life. felt ok the last 3 and just wanted it to be over.
