3x1000 @3:00 w/ 2'-2:30 jog + 5x400 @70-72 w/200 jog+ 5x200 @33 w/200 jog. first real workout in a while, not that the others werent hard but that this one was fairly substantial in comparison. ks actually felt good, very consistent. 2:59.9/2:59.2/2:59.5. Austin and I just jogged a 400 which was shorter rest than the prescribed 2'-2:30 but we were close enough. The 400s were about the same, though the last 2 were a little tougher than expected, just had to focus up a bit more. 69.7/70.2/68.4/68.4/69.0. following the 400s I was curious how my legs would hold up to dropping down another notch and striding out a little more. followed suit with the previous reps and flowed through the whole set with moderate, but not notable, effort. 33.2/33.0/32.8/31.5/31.2
