15x 2' on- 1'off. With the recent, unfortunately icy, winter weather the sidewalks were not totally clear of ice, but I did find a loop around Finkbine Golf Course and through the commuter lot that I just had to cross one street to avoid the morning traffic. I warmed up on loop to recon the rough patches, and there were only 3-4 stretches of sheeted ice, and one where it was really jagged (i would just have to run in the snowy grass for about 50 m). The wind was blowing 11-13 mph out of the south and carried a 5 degree windchill so I was bundled up. The first half of the loop was flat or slightly downhill, then the last 2k was unforgivingly hilly. I ended up doing 3 loops and totaling 475 ft. of elevation gain. I struggled on the hills, my legs just felt like they drained quickly, but the pace remained good on the flatter portions. Not a great workout in my opinion, but definitely not terrible, I was just hoping to run a little faster overall.
