Cookie quarters workout. It was too muddy at St. James. Being conservative I did the warm up tempo on the outdoor track went 6:0x, 5:42, 5:26, 5:23. Hip held up well just a little tight and pretty much no shooting pain so I know it's getting better. Waited for everyone else to get back to do the 400s. I did 10 straight through in about 74 each. Felt good doing it and aside from a slightly abnormal stride I felt good going a little faster
