20' warm-up (did 3 miles)+ 10' @6:00-:20/mile (did 2 miles)+ 3xmile @5:20 w/ 800 recovery @ 6:00-:20+ 28' steady @6:00-:20 (did 4.5 miles). was actually a little intimidated by this workout just because my legs havent been feeling the best the past few days and this was a decent chunk of work. on the other hand this is the type of workout I've been craving the past few months, something that revolves around rhythm instead of speed and is on long concerted effort. wind was a ball-buster on the way out but naturally that allowed me to just cruise the second half of the run. downhill and tail wind made 6:00 pace feel like 6:45.
