The plan called for 1:45 no faster than 6:00 and I might have been under 6:00 for a majority of the miles but I felt like I kept it within reason. Had to push early since I wanted to get moving as soon as possible. My right Achilles and left glute were tender from the sprinting yesterday but by mile 4 I found my rhythm. I just cruised along and felt my strength for the first time in weeks. My legs got heavy in the final mile as I added on around the apartment complex and might have over compensated and ran my only mile faster than 5:50.
