Worked out inside because of the outrageous temps. 4xmile with a 20 min warm up and 4x100. The warm up was on the upper shelf and I was feeling fantastic up at the front. We were clicking off at 5:15 pace and it felt easier than I thought. At about 16 min as I rounded one of the turns I felt a sharp stabbing pain all of a sudden just under the right side of my rib cage and started to slow down drastically. Got some time to recover between the miles and went in with no real expectation as to how fast I would do them. When we took off I found myself behind Johnny running in a comfortable stride and just stayed there and spaced out. Came through in 4:42 and it seemed so easy. We locked in right around that pace and had a great set. No problems with the stabbing pain I felt on the warm up either. (4:42, 4:40, 4:42, 4:40) and amazingly no quad pain at any point during the workout the morning run must have done wonders for loosening it up
