(BW) Very bad afternoon. 5 minutes into the run my hip started giving out on me. I left the grass thinking the turns and softness were making it worse. I came to a limping stop twice by 2k. I did some leg swings and would feel it immediately when I would start again. I got to the point where I could go with a proper enough stride to get back to the track. The pain was only full when I was back on the grass and I went all the way to 4 mile without any more issues. (Mobility minus hurdles)
