First hill work out in forever, if you dont count running with the girls at postoak. johnny wanted to replicate huffman back in naperville, and I think I found one that involved more uphill but was the same general idea. 10x~.55/loop. first 100m was very steep, second 100m or so was gradual uphill, then about 100m flat/slight downhill, then finished with another steep 100m. Was spot on 1:25 from start to top basically the entire workout. the downhill was the variation, as i progressed I was gassed at the top and would take longer to get back into a sub-5:40 rhythm. started feeling it around rep 6, by rep 8 I was dying and from then on I kept thinking the previous one would be my last one as I ran downhill to the start. nutted up and got 10 in which I'm proud of, just had to play some mental games to get there.
