ran out and back on the Midland Trail from TU. came back and did a 6x100 w/100 jog (16.8/16.6/17.3/16.2/17.3/16.1). still feeling the weight training but not as bad as last night. hoping that the most consistent I get over the next few weeks the less debilitated afterwards.
