10x Mile @MP (sets of 6/4) w/2’ rest, 3:30 set rest. Start first couple around 5:20-25 was the instruction from Johnny. It was super humid this morning at Mohawk following an early morning storm. 74 dp, 94% relative humidity but the temp wasn’t awful (76 degrees). Got stuck in traffic on my way to the park, a semi apparently jackknifed on 75 north, the delay prevented me from putting out a few bottles with roctane like I had planned. 5:17.9, 5:15.0, 5:18.2, 5:19.0, 5:14.8, 5:12.0, 5:14.2, 5:15.1, 5:09.0, 5:07.6. Worked on associating the effort with the pace instead of trying to hit it for quick times, though I know I ended up faster than he wanted at the beginning. I think it was a good pace workout to find that feeling. I'd give the toughness a 5-6 out of 10 and that was mostly because of length and time on feet.
