Felt pretty good at the beginning of this one, good convo up to the hill and had mitch come along too so had some alumni power. Races up the hill with zachdiz and Nolan in case there was a Strava segment. felt shitty on the way down and mitch and I slowed back down and ran a chill pace most of the way back. Longest run since the marathon and the last 5-6 were not easy
