2x3 miles @MP w/3' jog+ 1 mile sub 5:10. first real marathon workout I've done. didnt want to hit the swamp rabbit on the likely event that I'd get stopped at an intersection. did loops on the Furman Mall (a little short of 1500m/lap). Even though legs were feeling a little sore still, the paces came with relative ease and I stayed in a nice rhythm most of the workout. May have taken a little too much fluid on the second 3 mile, had a little stomach sloshing, but not bad or painful just a little uncomfortable. 15:36.2 (5:10/5:16/5:09) 15:35.5 (5:06/5:15/5:12) 4:59.6
