[73, 67 dp, 2E] (LM) another week begins, another medium long run in the books. I dont need to get another 150 in my log, so I pulled back a little on the ML distance, but ended up being a pretty quick run overall. I felt bad at the beginning, had some stomach discomfort from some breakfast banana-coconut-walnut bars but after about 4 miles I was in my groove. It was the most humid morning we've had in weeks so that was unfortunate, but still got in a very solid run.
