(LM) deceptive run this morning out on the dirt roads of Zink. Rained most of the night and the roads did not drain at all. slick mud combined with the treadless bottom of my Lunarglides. slick road conditions kept me from trying to run fast but having to maintain balance and keep from slogging I was still working a bit. picked up the last 20 minutes or so to finish strong.
