workout with the ladies. 5 hills for them so I needed to get there a little earlier to get the volume I wanted for the run. stupidly windy out, 25mph consistent winds. great up the first side and an utter grind up the second into the wind. i was pretty controlled but still working a bit, surprised my HR wasnt higher. 1,030 ft of gain
