Afternoon treadmill run. Double layered cotton tops to get a sweat going. Started out feeling sluggish, but gradually worked the pace down and fell into a good groove. extended a mile farther than I planned. Unfortunately the squat rack was occupied when I got off. I might move weight lifting to tomorrow to give myself a little extra recovery time. I cancelled on Will to go visit friends at the Coaching Convention in Denver so I can get to bed at a reasonable hour and rest up.
