2k @ 6:10-14 w/ 3' jog + 2x [5x300 @10k/5k/10k/5k/3k pace w/ 200 float faster than 45"] w/ 3:30 jog between sets+ 3x200 w/ 200 jog. knee sucked on the warm up but after drills and strides I was feeling alright about it. ran the 2k in 6:09.1 running relatively even splits. moving to the lactate shuttle I was more concerned about the 200 floats than the 300s but we nailed them all the way through the work out which was unexpected. [53.4(44.2)/51.3(43.8)/52.4(44.8)/51.6(43.3)/50.2(43.4)] [53.3(43.8)/51.6(44.7)/53.4(45.1)/51.8(42.4)/48.4(39.8)] finished off with 3 200's at 32.2/32.7/29.0.
