Notes
10x150 (building from 85% to 95%) w/ walk back recovery (~3'). I haven't done a dedicated speed session like that since high school. Things would normally feel pretty smooth up to about 90-100m but when I pushed for that extra bit of turnover I could feel the not so fluid cadence became apparent. I didn't really know what to expect going in, especially since it wasn't just all-out reps. 21.8, 20.6, 20.6, 20.6, 20.8, 20.6, 20.5, 21.1, 20.6, 20.8. I've definitely run faster 150s when I was in college, but I feel good about this morning. Despite there being a ways to go to get to real competitive track turnover, this was definitely a good step in that direction. (5x Leg Circuit)
