Solo morning recovery run so I brought my headphones along and listened to a podcast with Mike Smith. Most of the run was spent reflecting on my own paradigms and thoughts around coaching and my preparation and goal setting as an athlete. Run was fine until the last 3 miles when I really needed to use the bathroom. I almost came to a waddling stop in the last half mile but was able to make it to the apartment before that critical juncture.
