I had a really rough warm up, I'm not sure if it was because of a little dehydration but I felt dizzy and had spotted vision. I took my time stretching and doing drills hoping it would clear up. Finally ponied up and started the workout after it leveled off to an uncomfortable headache. The first rep took some focus to find a good rhythm but after that it came to me a little better. The 500s after the k's felt like extended strides that were there to cap off a decent workout. I was hoping to feel better but I think I rolled with the punches.
