Same deal as last week, did 12x200 w/200 jog to maintain some turnover during this down period. It wasn’t as hot as last time but it was 75 degrees with a 71 degree so and 91% humidity so the air was really thick. Just tried to work on not straining at a higher speed and then get continuous jog helped to just reinforce the aerobic side even though I was running just under 8:00 pace between. 33.2, 32.5, 32.8, 32.1, 31.8, 32.1, 32.0, 31.4, 32.0, 31.8, 31.0, 30.8
