prairie-duck warm up then a mile on the track with 2 sets of hurdles. the flat tempo was really chill right around 6:00 pace so everyone was still talking. once we got to the track i dropped the hammer and went 4:52. took our rest and my legs were felling pretty shitty and the windy conditions werent helping. did 6x800m flat, no hurdles today to try to start feeling better. went 2:25, 2:22, 2:23, 2:18, 2:23, 2:19
