3x 8' tempo @ 78 w/2' jog followed by 5x200 w/200 jog. felt very flat today. didnt get to bed until 2:30 am because I was watching Eliud Kipchoge's attempt at sub-2 hours. it was worth the watch but i was not ready to workout this morning. Atleast I ran very consistent splits most of the reps and continued my acclimation to marathon pace. 2450m/2475m/2500m for the 8' portions (mile splits of 5:14/5:12/5:09). 200s were garbage: 33.9/34.5/33.0/32.8/32.5
