3x1000 @3:07 w/2:30 jog+ 5x400 @73-72 w/200 jog. back still hurt this morning but as usual I didnt have to worry about it while running. I didnt feel the best today, just not mentally there because it was a chiller workout session. 3:05.0/3:05.4/3:03.4. 400s were ok, got progressively faster for a little extra turnover. 71.4/70.2/69.4/68.1/67.9
