3 sets of 5x400 (74/74/74/74/72) w/ 200 jog and 400 between sets. today was just about running a little faster than race pace this weekend and making things feel comfortable. ended up going a little faster, was very smooth and was probably a 5-6 on the effort level but i was no where near the prescribed paces.
