(3 mile tempo+ 2xhill+ 3mile fartlek (60)+ cool + strides)
awesome day today. i have finally come back to where i was and it was so much fun out there today even though it was a dreary day. i felt good on the tempo and we finished all in a group and on the hills i never really got into oxygen debt and powered through the 2 hills with ease. the fartlek was super fast because we dropped to 60 sec.
