2 miles @ ~5:20/MP w/3' jog+ Mile @ ~5:00 w/2:30 jog+ 6x400 w/200 jog. Not terribly cold this morning but still had to go in tights and a pull over. legs werent feeling springy, but not flat, so there's some improvement from how I've been feeling the last two days. stayed on the track mainly because it makes 400's easier. 2 miles felt super controlled, 5:17/5:15 so that was a good way to start the workout. During the mile the wind pick-up up to around 12 mph so the home stretch was a little breezy. 73/75/73/73 so it was pretty consistent for 4:54. pushed a little bit to assure I wouldnt get stuck in the 2 mile rhythm then settled in around 600m. 400s were probably the most quality aspect because they forced some quicker rhythm. 70.2/70.1/70.1/70.7/70.1/69.4. Good tune-up for Austin, touched on a couple systems without digging.
